In so many training settings, learners are forced to watch a video or a PowerPoint presentation about things that are easily demonstrated. Why not get them out into a workshop and let them see for themselves the ten different types of hammer.
Let’s create a safe place to explore, where we allow PLAY and interaction with the hammers instead. Ten Hammers has since become a metaphor for interactive and engaging ‘digital twin’ training. Let’s strive to make the difference.
